If you're getting an error message in Outlook after downloading the Vidreach Outlook Plugin, that reads: The plugin is slowing down Outlook or you download the Outlook plugin and then it's not showing up in your Outlook application, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Microsoft Outlook client.
- Select “File” > “Options“.
- Choose “Add-ins” on the left pane.
- At the bottom of the window, ensure the “Manage” drop-down has “COM Add-ins” selected, then select the “Go…” button.
- Look for the vidreach addin and select the checkbox for it
- Select “OK” when you’re done.
