You will receive this error when your email settings in vidreach need to be updated. This typically happens when you reset your email password so that needs to be updated in vidreach as well. To update that follow the steps below:
- In vidreach, select your name in the top right corner and select 'Email Settings'
- Select your email provider (Office365/Outlook, Gmail, Exchange Server)
- This will take you to login to your work email, and enter your work email password
