When downloading the app from the Google play store, I get a 404 message

This is a current "but" within the google play store and many android phones.  If you get this; you need to clear your data within the google play store.  You can do that by following the below steps.  

1. Go to Settings > Apps
2. Under the list of apps, locate “Google Play Store“
3. Tap on “Storage” and again tap on “Clear Data”
4. Open Play Store and try downloading an app again
