I am on my laptop, when verifying my connection, I was given a red x for my microphone and/or camera permissions

1. To the left of your browser window you will see the word "Secure" with a lock next to it. 
2. Click the word Secure
3. Scroll down to Microphone, choose to always allow
4. Scroll down to Camera, Choose to always allow
5. Refresh your browser.
